Warm winter magic: The best brewed sticky chai recipe.

What’s brown and sticky? No, not a stick.. our famous chai blends, of course!
These perfectly spiced loose leaf teas are no joke. Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger root, native wattleseed and more combine to create an indulgent blend that, when brewed with creamy soy or almond milk, takes the cold out of a winter’s day and your senses to the next level.
And the best part? We mix in just the right amount of quality local honey for a truly sumptuous sip.

Morning or evening, indoors or out, sweet or mild, chai is always the answer. And a properly prepared mug of loose leaf is worlds away from a supermarket tea bag.
Our own hand-blended sticky chais - Sweet Chai of Mine and its caffeine-free sister, Roo Chai - are perhaps our worst-kept secrets. Anyone who has sipped a mug of our creamy brew at a market, festival or in their own kitchen knows just how delicious they are!
Spiced to perfection, Tea Thief chais are the ultimate winter warmer, the real deal. We don’t think it gets better than this.
So how do you create the best brew at home?
Whether you’ve picked up a sticky blend from us or one of our fabulous stockists, try out our indulgent brewed chai recipe for maximum flavour. It’s a one-way ticket for your senses.
