Refund policy

Our Refund Policy

You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the receiving date, excluding unpackaged food. 

We do not accept returns of any unpacked food.
Beauty or hygiene items that have been used or opened for change of mind are also not eligible for returns.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for any damage to a product after payment, unless a result of Dustys Bulk Foods.

To be eligible to make a return all items must be returned in original, unused and resalable condition - this includes tags attached, the original packaging, and no signs of wear such as makeup, marks, stains, or strong odours. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and sent back to you. 

If the above requirements are met – we are able to facilitate a refund or store credit for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges), or an exchange for an alternative size or style, please note if there is a price difference we will provide a store credit for the returned item/s for you to repurchase your request. 

If the above requirements are met – we can facilitate the below options:

  • A Refund for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges)
  • A Store Credit for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot credit duties, taxes or shipping charges) – Store Credit do not have an expiry 
  • An Exchange for an alternative size or style, please note if there is a price difference we will provide a store credit for the returned item/s for you to repurchase your request.

Please note that any orders using a discount code or purchase reward are only eligible for a store credit for the amount paid or an exchange.

Any shipping fees or duties incurred to make a return to us are the responsibility of the customer to pay, however if we can facilitate your exchange request we cover the shipping costs back to you.
