Same day dispatch

If you place your order before 12pm (AEST) on a weekday it’ll be Aus Posted to your address on the same day.

(Excludes public holidays and times of peak-demand. During these times it may take up to 48 hours for us to get your order prepared and sent off to you.)

All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required.  This means that - the courier will leave your parcel with you at home if it’s safe to do so, without calling a mobile/knocking on the door.
