Operating hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 3:30pm AEST
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Depending on how busy we are, it can take approx. 1-5 business days for orders to be shipped.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to merge or combine it with another order or ship multiple orders together. Each order will be processed, packed and shipped separately. If you’d like to avoid separate shipping charges, please make sure everything you’d like to order is added to your cart before checking out.
We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but Dustys Bulk Foods. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.
Shipping Rates
- Standard — $12.95, 3–8 business days from dispatch.
- Express — $14.95. 2–4 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times vary by location — metro is faster than rural. Times shown are from dispatch and don't include processing. Check Australia Post Domestic Delivery for current estimates.
